Shajeev keeps his core values of integrity and fairness at the heart of what he does and how he lives his life. His purpose, which revolves around these values, is to help people grow and find fulfilment in whatever path they choose to follow.

He works with clients around the world across a variety of industries, consulting on people development, designing programmes, facilitating workshops and coaching leaders.

Blending his educational background in law, with the start of his working life in a variety of leadership roles at HSBC and the last 15 years as a learning and development specialist, he is able to contextualise leadership development in practice - rather than as a concept. He finds this is the key to bringing any learning to life, helping people make sense of it for themselves and find tangible ways in which to apply it in their own context.

He has designed and facilitated programmes, workshops and business simulations for clients in the restaurant industry, banking and finance, oil and gas, garments manufacturing, FMCGs and trading businesses. He as much at home running leadership development for small cohorts of 8 as he is facilitating a culture-change workshop for an audience of 250.
